_{About the Role}

_{We’re on the lookout for an HR Generalist with a strong 60% focus on Recruitment—someone who knows how to attract, assess and place the right people in the right seats. The rest of your time will be spent adding value across:}

_{Mystery Shopping (yes, you’ll go undercover to evaluate customer experience!)
Basic Training Facilitation
General HR Support}

_{This role includes a subsistence allowance when traveling and offers a hands-on opportunity to influence both client and internal success.}

_{What You’ll Be Doing}

_{Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, placing}

_{Conducting mystery shopping visits and compiling feedback reports}

_{Delivering onboarding and foundational training sessions}

_{Supporting general HR functions (employee files, policies, admin, etc.)}

_{Traveling across regions (~50 days per year) to perform in-field assignments}

_{What We’re Looking For}

_{HR Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management}

_{1–3 years of solid recruitment and HR experience}

_{Valid driver’s license and own vehicle}

_{Experience gained within an Agency environment will be to your advantage}

_{A professional communicator, written and verbal}

_{Sharp observer – detail-driven and objective in reporting}

_{Willingness to travel nationally, with a valid driver’s license}

_{Passionate about people, service quality, and continuous improvement}

_{R18,000 salary CTC + 20% commission structure}

_{Unique exposure to both client-facing and internal/external/outsourced operations}
