Our client, a well-known Fruit Packhouse in the Breede River Valley, is seeking to recruit a competent, committed, self-motivated and enthusiastic candidate to join our team as Systems Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Packsys system setup and management thereof.
- Insert and update marketing plans as and when required.
- Draw daily pallet & bin age analysis.
- Adding and editing packing instructions for the packhouse.
- Do daily stock recons on export packed stock and adjust packing instruction according to orders.
- Administration and communication of special label requirements.
- Responsible for pallet age analysis and floor stock.
- Documentation of rejections/reworks/half pallets and re-bins.
- Management of orders – updates, progress and fulfilment.
- Ensure that pack out reports are accurate, timely finalized and communicated.
- Ensure correct marking requirements of rejected pallets.
- Ensure accurate data capturing on Packsys and dashboards.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Previous experience in a similar position will be advantageous.
- Strong computer literacy.
